That is interesting i thought thhey had to be in master/slave mode. So the only thing i can tell you is when linking them remember to go in-out-in-out etc. Look at the dip switch board on the bottom of the unit. That should give you some options of what you want to do. Also if it has a sensitivity knob...try adjusting that.
