Pocket Pro colours and gobos unable to change

I got two Pocket Pros yesterday from DJ Kit in the UK. On one of them, the colours and gobos don't change. They don’t change in any show modes not during the auto test nor with remote. It’s kinda stuck between two colours. The other one is fine. I tried opening the top, and the wheels seems to be able to rotate by hand. Is there anything else I can do myself? Or it’s gonna be a return?
