ohms, ohms, and more ohms......

ok....by now.... i know u guys are sick of me and my ohms this and ohms that questions......but seriously.....i have come across another ohms related problem and need help......so please help me out....is there an instrument that can read how many ohms a speaker has/rated at??......i've asked the guy at radioshack but he said he doesnt know....like what the_____??....so where else better to go than to ask the world of dj's/techdudes/circuit board magicians/ampheads/scratchfannaticks/crackheads aahh u know what i mean........
