MyDMX interface shows "LI" and does nothing - URGENT

I'm at a gig and with a dead DMX rig. After I bring up the myDMX Go app (android), the interface box starts showing "LI" and does nothing. If I de-select the interface (in the software setup), the indicator goes back to "01" (like normal). HELP!!!! If you know the answer, please email me at rick1ryan@gmail.com. I'm about an hour away from starting my gig and this thing as frigged up my whole lighting rig. Thanks in advance.
