Hi, it's not about 2.1 or 3.0 giving you the option its about buying the license to upgrade the buddy to use it on 2.1 or even 3.0
store.dmxsoft.com will let you register the Buddy from there you can see what all features you have built into the EXPRESS license it comes with by default, you can also purchase more features from that store.
