Mydmx 2.1 Learn Easy Remote Command... Greyed out

Sometime in the past couple of weeks the “Learn Easy Remote Command...” option has become greyed out. Has been working up to that point. I am running version Dec 04 2017 of the software on Windows 10 Home 10.0.19041 Build 19041. Help would be appreciated. What firewall port should be open? I have checked that the software is allowed through the firewall.
