MY DMX Buddy Rapid Flashing Green LED, Nothing happening

Hi There, First time here and fist time really using DMX, I'm more of a (Dont Laugh!) 0-10v Man

So my mate has given me his buddy, everything has been installed, no errors, and the Kind Guys at SSL did the profile for the lamps so we are ready to go! Or not!

SO on the Buddy its flashing Rapid Green LED but thats it.

Yesterday the lamp would light up Red and it might change to green, but tonight with the new profile, nothing at all.

I was looking for a manual with a trouble shooter but I can find one. Can anyone help with this?
