Mr Kool ii Pump Stops

Hi everyone, apologies if I'm in the wrong part of the forum.

I'm after some advice on a Mr Kool ii I've just purchased please. I've tested it today but it seems to cut out after a minute or so.

Symptoms - All seems to be working fine, I set it to continuous but after a minute or so, the pump stops stopping it from producing fog. The fan seems to keep blowing though. I've checked all connections, all levels are full, and the timer is not engaged (yellow light off).

Any guidance would be greatly received.
