Hi Mark! This is James, we spoke on the phone.
I actually JUST heard back from some of the software team this morning and they have some questions:

- Does this happen even in an empty project file?

- When this happens, is the device still detected in the Settings tab?

- Does this still occur using the previous version of the software?

- Have they checked that the generic MIDI driver is updated, as you mentioned?

- Is there any specific data that appears on the MIDI Watcher tool when the device stops functioning?
