The headphone drive is already very beefy. But if you are into modding, you can change R1143 and R1144 on the headphone circuit from 18k to a smaller resistance to increase the volume. These components are on the main circuit board close to the 3 wire cable going to the headphones.

Before doing this, you can get more headphone output without modding if you increase the Gain and EQ volumes. Then you should pull the master down to prevent distortion on the main output.
