LED lights have gone bonkers

I am using mydmx 1 with six 6 channel LEDs, four moving heads, and six traditional par 56 lights. I have never had a problem with the system for three years. So of course I decide to "retire" from the music biz, and before my second to last show, the entire system goes crazy. The lights did not respond correctly to the programs at all. For instance, program 1 is supposed to be a complete blackout. Well, the lights went on at random. I did notice that one of the LEDs wasn't working at all so I bypassed it but that didn't help. I brought the whole rig home, and opened the one bad LED. Somehow the little ribbon connector had separated from the circuit board. I reconnected it, plugged it back in and it powered right up. I hooked everything back up hoping that somehow that might have been the problem, but everything is still going haywire. Three of the LEDs are almost strobing they are changing so quickly, and the other LEDs change arbitrarily. I then hooked up only the traditional par 56s using a four channel dimmer box (part of the normal set up), and they worked fine. So I believe that my dmx is working correctly (all lights on the my dmx box are functioning). What I can't figure out is why the LEDs and moving heads won't respond at all. It's like something has corrupted all the lights. Any suggestions as I am at my wits end. I want to be able to sell my lighting rig, but I can't do that until I get this working again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if I can provide more information.
