Help with programming LED lights in scene to flash on and off

I am running DMX 2.0 on a windows platform. I would like to create a scene composed of par 64 dimmable lights, and have two LED in the scene lights flashing on and off , on ideally alternate flashing on and off while the remain stay at a constant brightness.

Is this possible??? Your help would be appreciated.
