Fog Fury Jet Pro wifi not working

So I ordered 2 of these with 2 more inbound. One of the units. The 4 red WiFi bars will not come on and unit will not work with the Airstream Bridge.

one unit works aces. Both are set to DMX channel 7 and the dip switches are set to channel 2 as is the channel setting on the Airstream.

There doesn’t seem to be a troubleshooting section of the manual.

Any thoughts?
