I figured it out. It wants to go online for the help functions, or at least check.

I don't see why it bothers. There doesn't appear to be online help.

Please suggest to the developers change this feature to make help available locally.

Also, for others: download the manual and keep in convenient. Serious, you never know when and if you'll need it.
