I guess for me the biggest problem I had was the Pro Scratch 2's would get extremely hot. American Audio hooked me up though and put heat sinks in both but I still can't keep my players in thier coffins with the mixer. With the heat issue it causes the player to seize. The only fix here is time. Let the system cool and reset. Unfortunately you may not have the amount of time playing on the other cd player before it is ready to play again.
On a side note I really thought all known issues would have been noted and incorporated into a brand new larger player to allow better heat dipersion and platter size. Especially since you hear Sony has more to do with the production of these products. I really thought we would have seen something new and impoved by now.
