ShyneeTing1000 if you are on a tight budget then American Audio decks and mixers are probably ok to get you started.
But if you are serious about learning the art of digital scratching comprehensively, then you will do yourself a favour by looking at Pios and the other more expensive brands mentioned by ADAMRSX.
Sure they are expensive but in my experience you get what you pay for.
I went through the American Audio equipment ownership phase and unfortunately was let down by the quality and reliability. I know of a few other DJs on this forum who went through the same pain and on all accounts it was an expensive lesson learned. My advice, save your money, go for the best straight up.
