Colors not working on mydmx go

Hello I am new to mydmx go. I was able to connect my SHEHDS 275W 10R but the color wheel has no affect on the lights. I am able to change the colors with the fadars in the fixture list, but the different options on the live page have no effect on the color of the lights. The lights remain white unless I manually change them on the fixture slider. The "moves" side works perfectly. Any help or suggestions please?
