Cdi 500 Mp3 Restarts

Hi all ,
Ihave apair of cdi 500 mp3 what happens with me is the following : some time but not always one of the players just go crazy while its playning, the screen go blank blue and the unit restarts then it try to load the disk again "memory not try" it restarts again and so on the only thing that ican do is turning it off or ejecting the cd disk...ihad this problem with the other player but it seems almost gone now , idont have a service or support center for american audio neither a dj equipmenta repair so i may ship them off the country "it coast around the same as the cdi !!!!"..Does any one knows what is happining ??? does grounding have any effect on that ? have any one face any thing simlir to that

Note : in some cases it plays for hours without any problem ..in other cases it keeps restarting .
