cartridge for TTB 2010

Hi,everyone. I am new to this forum. I have just bought a used TTB 2010 on ebay and expect to receive it next week. Would someone please be kind enough to comment on the following points:

What would be a good replacement cartridge for home listening?

Is this unit US-made? How good are its sound and build qualities?

How accurate and steady is the pitch control feature?
