Can’t get a PAR 64B to change into sound active mode from DMX controller

Using Avolites Titan One.

I’ve full control of this fixture in 8 channel mode. Aside from when I go into attribute editor and press sound, the fixture doesn’t respond to sound. It’s just sits red. Away from DMX, setting the fixture to sound active with the buttons on the back works.

Any suggestions please
