Reply to "Can't add fixtures. Saying "you don't have the required scope". Very frustrating"

I have attached a video of what happens when I try to add a fixture. The button blinks constantly and then the app will then say not responding. Please help. I will post more videos of what is happening. Hopefully this can help figure out the problem
