Bug or is it suppose to work like that?

I've assigned some midi triggering using Easy Remote, and triggering works as it should. Problem I found is, if I'm under the user tab and pull the page to only show the faders, it wont midi trigger. The scene tabs/buttons have to be showing for it to trigger. If I pull up the whole page to only show the faders in the user tab, it wont midi trigger at all.
