April update crashes all the time... please help

Anyone one having crashing issues w/ and w/out MIDI on the latest update. It crashes then won’t let me reopen the program. I have to restart the computer to regain access to mydmx. Also acts up running my iPad. I’m using a pc and I have trouble shot and checked and change settings to try different things but it still does it like 3 or 4 times a night . I’m not sure what to do please help. Ohh also the pc is only 4months old and it only runs mydmx3.0.
